Helloooooooooooo Summer.... Oh how I love thee!!!!! Its time for crop tops, short shorts, v necks, pool parties, wavy hair, and BLONDDEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I have some easy ways to keep you BLONDES bright!!

A.  Use a daily hair leave in treatment spray...simply cause the heat tends to dry out natural hair and extentions

B.  Use a moisturizing color  shampoo!!!

C. Avoid chlorine by any means!!!

D. Wear a bonnet to bed It will help keep natural hair and weaves soft

E. Sleep on a satin pillow case

F. SEE YOUR STYLIST EVERY 2 WEEKS


ANYWAYYYYYYY HOPE EVERYONE IS ENJOYING THERE SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN SO FAR A COUPLE GIRL TRIPS... FAMILY FUN.... BEEN HITTING THE POOL UP FOR SURE.... AND OF COURSE WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY 2014

Happy New Year my loves!! We made it to 2014!!!!! Ok so Im so happy to be blogging right now yeezus!!! lol So the last  quarter of the year was amazing!! So many things happened.. There was a Hair Expo with Ufancii it was pretty dope. MS wasn't ready for the event tho... The Salon now has 7 full-time stylist including myself!! We have a new lash technician and Im so excited for our team!! This year i want to focus on branding and my stylist!! Consistently keeping there clientile flowing!!! 

So for me I plan on continuing to focus on myself!! my main focus is t remain focused!! Keep God the center of my life.. Not gonna let anything or anyone with negative thoughts get in my way!!! I want my Glammobbsters to do the same!!! 

Ok so someone asked what do i for see for hair Trends 2014.. I see tons of short sexy hair.. I see healthy natural hair.. Weave will still be in but ladies are getting tired they want healthy hair.. They want different alternatives on how to wear extensions... DARE TO GLAM 2014!!!!!!! 

Living, Learning, & Moving on?!!

Hey my Lil Glammobbsters!!!!? I've been so MIA!!! I lot has been going on and I'm slowing finding my balancing beam I moonwalk on... LOL!! I totally do!! I love chaos!! I want to fill everyone in on what's been going on... Well I have been very stressed out the past few months and have been weighed down by some things.. And it's been very over whelming... I have been mentally exhausted everyone... Physically strained and emotionally broken down... I have redirected my good energy towards the things I love and I am watching them manifest and grow BIGGER!!! With everything going on around me it's SOOOO very easy to feel like your drowning?!!! I was feeling like I LOST control!! So u know what I did ladybugs??? I SURRENDERED.. I totally gave it to OUR KING!! He is and ALWAYS will be in TOTAL CONTROL!!!! I had been soo busy busting my butt and trying to deal with things SOLO.. When the big guy always had me.!! I'm not the most religious person but I do believe in THE KING?!! I know he loves unconditionally!!! And I realized I will stop living like aPEASANT when I am ROYALTY!!!!! WE ALL ARE!!!!! NEVER FORGET THAT!!!!  WE ARE THE KINGS CHILDREN!!!!!! Lets act accordingly...  Now listen Im not perfect, I'm not a preacher, IM A HAIRSTYLIST. I just want y'all to know I LOVE Y'ALL and the KING does too!!

Today has been a very tough day for me guys.. My best friend of 7 years buried her mom today.. She was only 59.. It hit so close to home for me cause I mean its HER MOM.. It could have been my mom your mom.... Life is so very precious and we need to cherish each and every day!! LOVE EVERYONE!! LIVE FABULOUS!! Be kind and make sure when u leave out your home everyday and u look in the mirror u love who u see!!!!!!!! I know I'm changing everyday and I'm falling more in love with myself..

Just say it

So this week I have listened to my clients talk and share things and there main concern is ALWAYS their relationships!! I think as women we need certain things from our guy that they simply neglect cause of course they are always busy "bringing home the bacon" but besides that guys often get in this zone where they are overly comfortable... Meaning they aren't consistent with the things they did in the pursuit of happiness to catch the prize... I'm realizing that all these women want is to feel DESIRED, NEEDED and most importantly APPRECITED!!! We want to hear "baby u look so sexy" or " girl I need u" and my favorite "THANK YOU" these are keys phrases in my opinion that make a WORLD of difference!!! So fellas make time to say these things to the women you care about... If you guys give another guy an opportunity to say these things to your girl... Then your in very big trouble... It's that simple guys... Women stray for 1 of 2 reasons... They think your cheating, or they need more attention.... So pay attention to her... "Feel" her out talk to her listen... Not saying the relationship isn't about you all too but 9/10 we feel neglected not you all!!! Lol!!!! Now guys if I'm wrong I'm wrong I would love some feedback!!!!!

Dating 101

Ok so I recently have been getting a lot of emails regarding to me and relationships do's and hell naw donts on 1st dates and the MOST asked does EyeCandiee Mandiee have a man?!!!
Nowadays things are different on the dating scene guys are only putting forth effort if a woman is putting out.... No one is really getting to know anyone... Everything is fast paced "screw him on the 1st date sorta thing... Next day ask him for money...
I am still a firm believer in having morales and having standards... I'm deff not easy or sleazy... Don't get me wrong I LOVE TO GET RATCHET with my friends but when it comes to dating its a tad bit more difficult...
I honestly have to FEEL a person.. Ad get to know them... If they have an awesome smile and can make me laugh so hard til my belly hurts OMG he is deff on the favorite list.... LOL.. I'm at the age now where I'm deff wanting to settle down... And I have dated and got to know a few nice guys... I'm ONLY dating for keeps these days... I don't have time to play games and lie and cheat... I would rather be in a monogamist relationship with someone who is gonna be loyal to my feeling, and to me... Being single is fun and u are so In control of everything... But now in my life I'm thinking about the welfare of my son... Our future... His future... I'm deff not saying I NEED a man to complete me cause that's far from the truth... Everyone needs a companion.. Companionship.. someone to be compassionate too...
So I'm gonna say this cause I know I have rambled ALL over the place.. I u can find someone who is loyal to you, your feelings, emotions, and to everything you do... Then put the effort in there... Keep that one around see where it goes....
